Bilingual Community Moderator (Chinese & Japanese)

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bilingual Community Moderator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and nurturing our diverse language-speaking communities, ensuring a positive and supportive atmosphere across various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members speaking various languages (including English, Japanese, and Chinese) on Discord and Telegram, facilitating discussions, providing support, and fostering unity.


2. Support Ticket Management: Handle incoming support tickets from users of different languages, promptly resolving issues and escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.


3. Outreach to Crypto Communities: Expand our presence in various crypto communities through outreach efforts, collaborations, and effective communication strategies.


4. Content Translation: Translate content between English, Japanese, and Chinese to keep all language communities informed about Jojo Exchange’s updates, announcements, and initiatives.


5. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting events targeting bilingual audiences, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.


6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users of different languages to identify areas for improvement and refine engagement strategies accordingly.


7. Professional Conduct: Maintain professionalism, integrity, and impartiality while representing Jojo Exchange to diverse language communities.

Qualifications:

1. Fluency in English and proficiency in Japanese or Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all languages.


2. Experience in community management, customer support, or a related field within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry preferred.


3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.


4. Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


5. Passion for cryptocurrencies and a deep understanding of various crypto communities and cultures.


6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Desirable:

1. Previous community moderation experience.


2. Experience in using Notion.
